They give you a "discount" but they make up for it by hiking up the prices. It IS slightly better than the University bookstore when it comes to buying back your books but unless you are headed that way you might as well stay on campus
I am not going back any longer the due date on my recipe and on the book were incorrect. Then when I return them they get nasty with me and try to tell me it's my fault and my problem as well as trying to make me pay late fees.Horriable customer service id rather give my money to the university or another book store.
They strung me along about selling them my very nice graphing calculator for weeks after the semester ended, only to be told now that they "No longer have a need for them."
Better deals and cheaper prices
Just went in and purchased a book, an older blonde lady waited on me. Extremely rude, passive and honestly embarrassingly short with me. Can't believe this place still gets business.
