11-10-17 2:30pm brought my mother here after blood work. Ordered the chicken tenders..so overcooked and hard she couldn't eat them.
No sense...lady with orange nails at drive thru 630 pm did not secure lid on coffee before handing it to me. Thanks for burning me a**hole!
Well the customer service in this place just sucks. I ordered an #11 no onions with a larger caramel frappe. They got my sandwich right even though it took 15 mins to make it. The cashier mad my drink right after putting my order in but set it on the counter never called a number for the drink so I didn't know if it was mine. It sat their till my order was called. I pay more for specialty beverage for a reason when i order a large it should be filled. Nope my bad a larger is only 3/4 of the cup
Since that day my daughter and I frequently stop here. Usually just for ice cream cones. Who ever decided to put a McDonald's next to a school was a genius that needs stopped. Anyway, today was the worst. We ordered a slushie for her and ice cream for me. They messed up both. I personally am having a really bad day so I found it annoying when the guy had to make the cone twice and STILL made it too small. The manager was watching and did nothing to help. I took it and left.
Flies inside and my daughter's food was stale. But service was decent.
Somehow my order gets messed up every single time but thays pretty much every fast food place I go to
