I love north east Ohio eye surgery. This is my second cataract eye surgery and will never go any place else for my eye surgery.
From the staff to Dr. Marc Jones himself my personal experience with my donor cornea transplant has been superb!! I would recommend him and Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons to anyone.
Very professional, very courteous, very friendly and best of all you get the best care you could ever ask for. You walk away knowledge and with charts to keep you on track for 1 month after surgery. So you know exactly when and what drops you are supposed to use.
We went to the stow office although we live in Kent. The Stow office could see us in the same week. I paid all fees and requested to pick up in Kent. I picked up and after a few weeks of wearing I received a bill in the mail. I called and was advised to ignore the bill since I'd paid co pays the day of the exam. At that time I advised the contacts hadn't corrected my issues. They couldn't see me again for another month. Unbelievable!! (To top it off) I received another bill in the mail and took it to the Kent office. There I was advised there was a billing error and although I paid it was not the correct amount. Wow!!!! Never again!! The sad part is they were rude to me although it was a "billing error." I paid but will not be returning to Clear vision! The staff is amazing, they get my presciption right, and the billing correct!! The 2 stars is based on how quickly they got us in and his glasses were ok.
My eyesight has stabilized and I can see better than ever. Thank you Dr. Muckley! This place is amazing. All the people who work here are wonderful. :)
My appointment was on time and the staff was cordial and efficient. Dr. Muckley was caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt that she listened to my concerns. She showed the test results to me and compared them to last year's on the monitor. This gave me confidence in her diagnosis and recommendations. Sight is precious!!! I would recommend Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons.
