Take it from me, I have moved many times and used several different uhaul and other various moving trucks. This facility has been the best I have ever used. Period. The staff is possibly the most friendly and welcoming, as well as always helping find the best deal they can offer. They give tips and help out in the tough process of moving, really taking a huge weight off of you. Each time I've gone in, I've been helped by a really nice guy named Chad, he knows his stuff and even installed a hitch on my car. Very proficient, professional, helpful, and friendly. I honestly don't think I'd go anywhere else for any kind of service if this uhaul offers it.
Well they helped me when I had to change my reservations with a no problem can do attitude. They made sure I was able to easily resolve an issue with their customer service.
Store has a great selection of boxes and other moving supplies. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have not yet rented a truck from them, but they look like they have many in stock. They always look quite busy, which isn't a bad thing, but sometimes you have to wait a few minutes. However, no matter what store you go to, you'll always have to wait in a line. No big deal.
